Psychotherapy Services

I offer a range of flexible psychotherapy services, all of which can be short-term, long-term or open-ended, depending on what feels most supportive for you.


All psychotherapy begins with a discovery call then a initial assessment session, which allows us to explore what brings you to therapy and ensure the work is shaped around you and your needs before moving into ongoing sessions.

Please note - I operate on a strict 48hr cancellation policy, which helps me maintain consistency and availability for all clients. Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice are charged at the full session fee.​​

Initial Assessment

Online or In-Person

For your first session, this will be an initial assessment. An assessment session is slightly different from a regular counselling session - it's a space for us to explore your reasons for seeking therapy, discuss any relevant background, and consider what might be most helpful for you. Think of the assessment as a foundation-setting conversation - it helps me to understand your needs and expectations and gives you the opportunity to ask questions and get a feel for how I work.

This can be done online or in-person, but cannot take place as a walk-and-talk session.

Session length: 50 minutes
Fee: £65 per session or extend to 1hr 20mins for an additional £25
Payment: Payment due upfront

In-person psychotherapy

Cheltenham, Gloucestershire

In-person sessions offer a grounded, supportive space to explore your experiences face to face. These sessions take place in a location agreed during the initial assessment, based around the Gloucestershire / Cheltenham area.

Working in person can feel particularly containing for those who value a physical therapeutic space and consistent setting. Sessions are collaborative and paced gently, allowing you to explore thoughts, emotions and patterns in a way that feels safe and respectful.

Session length: 50 minutes
Fee: £65 per session
Payment:  Payment due upfront

Online Psychotherapy

UK or worldwide via Zoom

Online sessions are offered via Zoom, providing flexible access to therapy from the comfort of your own space. This option can be especially supportive if you have a busy schedule, limited mobility, or prefer to work remotely.

Online therapy follows the same ethical standards, confidentiality, and depth of work as in-person sessions. All you need is a quiet, private space and a stable internet connection.

Session length: 50 minutes
Fee: £65 per session
Payment: Invoiced in advance (weekly or monthly, agreed together)

Nature Walk & Talk Sessions

Psychotherapy on-the go, local locations around Cheltenham & Gloucestershire

Nature walk-and-talk sessions offer the opportunity to engage in therapy outdoors, either through gentle walking or seated sessions in nature. Locations are discussed and agreed together during the assessment.

Working in this way can feel grounding and supportive, particularly for those who find movement or natural environments helpful when reflecting and processing. Confidentiality is maintained to the same ethical standards as indoor sessions, with additional care taken in outdoor settings.

To support privacy, we may:

  • Pause conversation if others approach

  • Choose quieter or more secluded routes

  • Use agreed signals or code words if needed

  • Follow your lead if someone you know passes by

All additional considerations are discussed in advance, and informed consent is agreed together.
