Discovery Calls By booking this discovery call you agree to the following: • You do not reside in either the USA or Canada. • All discovery calls take place via Zoom – please ensure you have an active Zoom account prior to our call. It is preferable to have videos active during the discovery call, but not a necessity. • It is expected that both parties must join the call from a private, safe, and confidential space free from interruptions. All parties must be settled and comfortable in their allocated room with a readiness to engage in the call. • If you fail to attend the scheduled discovery call, I will make one attempt to contact you using the details you have provided. Should you wish to reschedule, the new appointment must be arranged within fourteen (14) days of the original booking. Failure to attend a rescheduled discovery call will result in the withdrawal of my offer to work together. • All information shared within our work together is treated as strictly confidential and will not be disclosed outside of sessions. Exceptions apply where required for professional supervision (conducted anonymously), where there is risk of serious harm to you or others (including an unborn child), or where criminal activity or child protection concerns are disclosed. I am also legally required to share information if ordered by a court, or where there is knowledge of or involvement in offences under the Terrorism Act 2000, drug trafficking, or money laundering legislation. Wherever possible, I will inform you in advance if confidentiality must be breached. Brief notes are kept securely on a password-protected computer.
